The design, located within the historic Wincolmlee area of Hull, is for five buildings that accommodate 478 student bedrooms.

The buildings, which vary in height in response to neighbouring property and the distinct urban grain, are designed to provide a dramatic skyline and to capitalise on the panoramic vistas along the River Hull. The material palate is a combination of putty coloured brickwork and bronze panels. The design incorporates a river walkway and a sculpture designed in collaboration with a local artist.
