client: modus properties

The proposal is for a new build mixed use residential development within a Conservation Area in Manchester city centre, comprising of two apartment blocks arranged around a courtyard over 2 lower levels of a new synagogue with 3 basement levels of secure car parking. The rear apartment block takes the form of a small scale contextual building in response to the immediate context. The main apartment block to the front of the development takes the form of a 27 storey landmark tower which would make a positive contribution to Manchester’s skyline.
