The scheme comprises 2 blocks unified by their design vocabulary. The canal side block provides seven storeys of residential accommodation set around two stair cores. The block adjacent to Radium Street comprises ground floor/basement commercial spaces directly accessed from the street, with 5-6 storeys of residential accommodation above.
