The development provides a mix of uses, with the existing Grade II listed building altered internally to provide commercial space, the newer office structures altered internally and externally to form commercial space to the ground floor and residential apartments on the upper levels with new penthouse and duplex units formed on the roof top. External alterations include the re-fenestration of the buildings with new windows and western red cedar panels between. The existing slate and Portland stone cladding has been cleaned, with new balconies added to the upper floors. A large atrium lights the internal corner of the plan.
