An invited competition organised by Argent for a mixed use development comprising a ‘state of the art’ office building, retail space and an apartment building.

The objective was to create a contemporary building which responds to and continues the urban grain of the city streets whilst providing an elegant edge to the new city garden.
The building is to be a permeable edge to allow movement and views into and out of the gardens. Materials and scale of the proposals respond to the immediate context, whilst integrating historical site features into the design.
