This mixed use scheme is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional terraced typology.

The proposal adopts a strategy which repairs the perimeter “street wall” that forms the edge of the site and creates a more secluded, private, car free, space within the heart of the development.

By embracing the existing topography, the site and building sections engage an exciting level split, creating spaces of visual interaction and connection, ideal for social exchange, whilst creating a safe environment. The massing impact of the scheme is minimised by positioning taller buildings along Rivulet Road, allowing scheme to integrate more holistically within its context.
