The brief for the former site of Sharston Baths, proposed over 135 two bedroom residential apartments, with 110% surface car parking with a key ambition to regenerate an area suffering a fundamental lack of identity.

A design solution emerged whereby three elements were positioned so that they aligned with all of the site boundaries, creating street scenes which address the surrounding roads and their context. The blocks in turn conciliate the dual grid through the fragmentation of their forms at their ends resulting in the configuration of interesting forms to their corners and views.
